The BSC system automates most of the bankruptcy notification, document
filing and reporting process for all Associates customer bankruptcy
filings. BSC offers online document management and automated faxing
to meet the challenging document-handling needs of the Bankruptcy
Center in Des Moines, Iowa. The system leverages the power of a dual-processor
HP LS server and NT SQL Server to effectively manage 500 to 1000 incoming
and outgoing faxes daily using 8 fax lines.

Information System
This system
provides mission-critical Associates profit and loss business statistics
daily to top decision-makers, branch managers and collectors. Executives
can roll-up to see summaries, drill-down to inspect details and
even save their own consolidations of multi-level reporting entities
- from a single branch all the way up through the entire corporation.
Data can be previewed online instantly and printed for any business
day on record. Mainframe data is automatically imported to a NT
SQL Server database daily, which currently stores over 15 million
records. Daily Statistical, Delinquency Tracking and Recovery reports
are available, with many more reports in the works.
